Experience
Alex Odin Consulting is led by Alex Odintsov, who brings over 18 years of operational, training, and consulting experience in law enforcement and security environments.
His experience includes:
- Front-line policing and operational response
- Emergency Response Team (ERT) operations, including 160+ high-risk deployments
- Extensive experience in use-of-force incidents in an operational policing context
- Development and delivery of agency-wide use of force, tactics, and firearms training programs
- Design and implementation of tactical medical training programs for law enforcement agencies
- Review, analysis, and remediation of use-of-force incidents
- Preparation of written expert opinions for police agencies, legal proceedings, and courts
- Advising law enforcement and government bodies on training, policy, and force options
He has also delivered extensive training across multiple agencies and served in leadership roles in tactical medicine and police training programs, including as Training Officer and program designer.
